Your first appointment will take 75 minutes, and consist of a complete health history, a conversation around what health issues are of concern to you now, followed by an acupuncture treatment.

An update on symptoms and full acupuncture treatment accompanied by any needed supportive modalities such as cupping, tuina and moxa as needed.

Follow-up acupuncture for anyone currently in full-time studies.

Sliding-scale ($35-$65) acupuncture in a small group setting. Up to four people will be treated in the space at one time. 20 minutes will be dedicated to your intake and needling, please give yourself an hour in total to relax with the treatment.

Our massage therapy combines swedish massage with deep tissue, myofascial release, active and passive release, cupping, low-grade joint mobilizations, and trigger point therapy.

Cupping was used historically across many cultures throughout Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. It creates negative pressure with heated glass, or silicon cups, allowing sore muscles as well as the web-like fascia that surrounds them to decompress. The dermis is lifted, circulation increases, and lactic acid (which builds up in muscles to cause soreness) can be reduced.
